BREAKTHROUGH!
So, the name of my blog is "love changes things." Why?--> I believe, based on Scripture and life experience, that the #1 way to change things is to show people real, passionate, unwavering love! It's how Jesus changed so much of His world (I know it's all His world, I am speaking of the time He lived in, calm down all of you who automatically went on the defense right there).
I work at Old Navy with a lady who said, "I can't stand that Bo, boy. He's aggravating, showed up late one time and gets on my nerves."
Since that happened, I have tried my hardest to go out of my way, every Tuesday and Thursday morning, 4:00-9:00 AM, to show her love.
This morning, the lady walked up to me, put her arm around me, hugged me and said, "Hey Honey, I'm so glad you're here this morning!" Later on in the morning she walked-up and began to act like she was mad at me, winked, and started to laugh. She and I actually played a joke on the rest of the staff who was nervous for my safety at that point.
